Looking for a delicious and great pre or post workout drink? I have just the right one for you! Here is the high protein tropical smoothie that I made this morning on Good Day Charlotte. This a shake is packed with the fruity flavors of pineapples, bananas, strawberries and mango. The best thing about this is that it is jam packed with plant-based proteins too!
High Protein Tropical Smoothie
- 8-10 ounces of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2-1 banana
- Handful of frozen tropical fruits
- 1-2 dates
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- Place all of the ingredients in your blender.
- Blend on high (or smoothie setting if you’re using a Vitamix) and serve!
